How do I verify my account?

Head to your Profile and select the 'Verification' tab. There, you will find all the required information needed to verify your account, including the required documents. Please ensure you do not upload multiple versions of the same document, as this can slow the verification process.

Why do I need to verify my account?

Verification is necessary to process your first Cashout at Lucky Circus. It may also be required during a routine account check; however, this will be requested on an individual basis.
The plus side is that accounts that have been verified may have access to more deposit methods.

What documents do I need to verify my account?

Here is a list of everything you need to get your account verified:

  1. Proof of Identity: Your National Identity Card, Passport, and Driver's Licence are all accepted.
  2. Proof of Address: If your address is not listed in your Identity document, we will require a separate document confirming your current address. This may include a Utility Bill or a recent Bank Statement (of a maximum of three months prior), clearly stating your full name and address.

    The above are the minimum requirements for verifying your account. That said, there may be instances where we would require:

  3. Proof of Payment: If you wish to deposit at Lucky Circus using a debit or credit card, we will require a copy of both sides of the card.

    The front image must clearly show the first six and last four digits, as well as the expiration date.
    When attaching the back image, please hide the CVV for your own security.
    Any additional documents we may require will be requested of you via your account's email address.

How would I know if my account is not verified?

If you still have not provided any of the above documents (Proof of Identity, Proof of Address, Proof of Payment), you will notice a yellow exclamation mark beside any missing documents.

How can I check my Account Verification status?

If you are ever in doubt whether your account has been verified or not, you can always contact our Customer Support, available 24/7.
You can also go to your Profile, under the 'Verification' tab, to check whether any documents are missing.

When would addditional verification be required?

There may be cases where we would contact you for further verification, depending on your account activity or your preferred payment method.
For example:

  1. You use a new debit or credit card to deposit.
  2. Your verified documents have expired.
  3. We observe a substantial increase of deposit activity on a single non-card payment method.

Does my account need to be verified to place a deposit?

Deposits can be made without verifying your account; however, there may be cases where we may request specific documents to verify the ownership of a payment method via your account's email address.

Do I need to verify my payment when depositing with Crypto?

While verification is not necessary when depositing through Crypto, we would still require Proof of Address so that we can spot any duplicate accounts and limit any potential abuse and fraud.
